If you live out of town (or even if you live close by and just want to save yourself a trip), write your phone number on your prescription and fax (614-721-7996) or email the prescription to us at pc@mysunnypharmacy.com. Then call us (614-733-3784) or text (614-504-3209) and we can get your compound made. When you stop in to pick up your compound, just bring the original prescription with you so we will have it for our records.

We can also mail your compounds to you (Ohio residents only). Just ask us.

We do not bill insurance companies, but if you need to submit your compound to your insurance company for reimbursement, ask us to print an insurance reimbursement form for you.
